Computer science and discrete mathematics enthusiast who loves puzzles and algorithmic problems. The idea that technology can help people out by making things more accessible and connected but in an ethical way is what drives my passion and love for computers and problem solving, so that the vital and romantic ideas of life and human society are not lost in the world of artificial or simulated life.

Academic

I completed my Master of Science degree in Computer science from the University of Regina in April 2022 with a GPA of 3.57/4 and my Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer science & Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2017.

I've completed coursework on subjects such as Data analysis from the internet, machine learning, data structures and algorithms, mobile computing, human computer communications, operating systems, computer security etc.

Work

Tech

• Worked as a Junior Analyst for the provincial Government of Saskatchewan's Labour market intelligence team for a 9 month term and developed a python script for data extraction and initial transformation that cut down the previous process time by 10% and also worked on creating different labour market reports.
• Worked as a Support Engineer II for Amazon's E-Commerce operational excellence (ECOX) team in Hyderabad, India for over a year and got to work closely with the various e-commerce service groups and foundational technologies and with their development teams on maintaining server infrastructure and performing high severity issue fixes.
• Worked as a Project Intern for Jaguar Landrover offshore engineering centre with Tata Elxsi in Trivandrum, India for a 2 month term as an undergraduate student working on automation scripts for vehicular sensor data transformation and also did an independent study on the usecases of adopting service oriented architecture for jaguar landrover vehicular OS.

Non-tech

• Worked part time along with graduate school as a Manager in training/team leader at West 49, a skate/street wear and lifestyle shop in Regina,SK since fall 2019. Extensive experience in communicating with customers, promoting product sales and general point of sale administrative tasks.
